My issue:

The issue that I have selected to investigate is genetic engineering. Genetic engineering is significant because it could perhaps correct a severe genetic disorder in humans by replacing the malfunctional gene with the functioning one.

My question:

what are the effects of human genetic research on humanity?.

My science resources:

1. my first source is title "Genetic Engineering" The issue that I have chosen to focus on is investigate genetic engineering. It is significant since its consideration could correct the severe genetic disorder in humans by replacing the malfunctioning gene, which aligns with the functioning state. The impressive view of choosing this issue is that it aims to modify the genes that enhance the capabilities of an organism beyond what is expressed to be expected. Another issue why I chose the matter is that it can cure genetic diseases through the imposition of gene therapy. It is a technique used to produce drugs that have industrial applications such as on features of producing enzymes for the case of laundry detergent and other valid products. The chosen source is relevant and appropriate because it allows most scientists to move on with the desired genes for the case of malfunctioning. The genes can be moved from an animal to a place and vice versa. The issue from the source is relevant as it increases the supply of food with a reduced cost and longer-lasting state. Again, it enables faster growth on plants and animals due to the effect of the most desirable trains, which abide with some of its expressive views. However, the issue is relevant to current changes as it is used in different fields and works perfectly (Nicholl, 2008). For instance, it is appropriate in our lives as its principal focus ranges on increasing plant and animal food production. There is a view on the diagnosis of disease condition, which is a valid and well-known issue that leads to substantial and valuable drugs. Genetic engineering issues have some alternative comparisons on how drugs and other known issues work out. Most of its relevancy and vital issue that abide on this issue features a preferable test of the genes that contrast with the other sources. Any mode of selection that deals with complex analysis results in the gene of other sources having the same analysis and predisposition to disease's influence. Therefore, its selection can eliminate genetic predisposition, which reduces most of the conditions as displayed in the other close context sources. How support for gene-editing works out has a quick view with the other sources as it creates a master race that neglects the biological lottery of mind and fairness of issues. Overall, there is a need for a convention on how malfunctioning works out and how the benefit of this engineering must improve behavioral control.

The source is relevant to my question since it focuses on the safety of the natural killer cells and has some alignment with human genetic research on humanity since most of its measures take some effect on the prevention of any potential problem. It is valid that the Natural Killer (NK) cells are always attractive contenders as they have potent anti-tumor activity. Again they give one the safety of the allogeneic setting, which expands the cell sources for the NK cell therapy on the body (Daher, M., & Rezvani, 2018). The sources have explained the merits and limitations that abide the NK cellular therapy and the genetic engineering strategies that may be applied to overcome some of the limitations that arise due to the NK cells. The sources are different from the other sources since it describes how the process works and its expected outcome, giving us a more specific focus. For instance, the source shows the great promise that the preclinical setting and its likely changes might create changes in the CAR-engineered NK cells incorporated with the cell-based cancer therapeutics. It has shown changes since the other sources are broad concerning the questions and genetic engineering.

3. Future of Genetic Engineering I chose this source as its system has adopted tools that manipulate the genomes of cultured cells, plants, and animals with a view on accelerating the pace of fundamentals research. The sources have enabled clinical and agricultural breakthroughs that have ambitions on genetic engineering and the effect of human genetic research on humanity. The source describes the primary mechanism set on the CRISPR- Cas toolkit and the gene-editing technologies (Knott, G. J., & Doudna, 2018). Highlighting genetic engineering issues is helpful as it gives us diverse and naturally evolved systems that focus on humanity's influence. From that view, the source is appropriate as it discusses the rapidly evolving landscape of the CRISPR- Cas applications which are essential in genetic engineering, and the transcriptional regulation, which features diagnostic issues. The expansion and research view of the landscape gives one the cutting edge of nucleic acid, which manipulates the rewriting of biology terms used in humanity's influence and impact. Research has validated that the sources are relevant to the research questions and the topic. It has long pursued means of efficiently manipulating DNA and RNA, which are tailored genes in humanity. It is believed that genetic perturbation enables most the scientist to probe the functions of the genes and give the correct mutation on the manner of how intractable it is and on the technical challenge. Most of these features certainly make the source relevant. However, it adapts challenging technologies based on natural engineering proteins to recognize humanity's influence (Knott, G. J., & Doudna, 2018). The history which abides in this source is irrelevant in the manner of how it has commonalities with the other sources as it recounts on discovery, development, and application of genetic engineering with an ambition of nucleic acid, which binds proteins in the human body and this might lead to side effects. It has broad changes with the other sources since it evaluates the effect of the protein binding in the human body.

My audience and message:

I prefer to present my research questions and issue to the scientific community based on a college setting since the question has some aspect of humanity. Choosing this audience is because the community is full of scholars and scientists where most of the students prefer the impressive issues that arise from genetic engineering. I would tailor my issues raised and questions to fit the understanding of all levels of life. For example, I may explain what genetic engineering works without using too big an impression on humanity and simple enough for the case of children who stay interested in my research question. I would then indulge in some of the side effects and benefits of humanity. Choosing the research question has some abduction with scholars as it helps them give a valid and better understanding. Selecting the issue and question tailors conformity towards my desired audience as most of the ideas presented have some elusive levels on the sought of disease consideration. Since most of the students in the community focus on research, it will be of good expertise to evaluate the effects and benefits of the presentation towards humanity level.

Identify principles:

In any scientific understanding based on the research, numerous natural science principles give good views on observations of nature. Since science assumes that one has to focus on the natural world, most of these principles abide by the research based on evidence stuff that is being displayed. One of this principle is that imposition of science seeks to explain the natural world and its explanation expound on how available evidence is reflected on the natural world as per the research. The other principle is that science assumes the reflection of what we have learned about the natural world and its evidence gathered through various senses and extensions. The ultimate test of this research is to ensure that there is conceptual understanding which abides on only natural materials and observations.

Explain principles:

They are relevant to my issue and question as they refrain from how science has the ambition of the natural world. Most of the current changes that align with the research issues have conformity relevancy on these principles. However, how explanation is presented and the implication is given leads to the effective relevancy of the raised question. It is certain to ensure that any ultimate test correlates in the manner of how understanding works out.

My hypothesis and experiment:

The article's central claim is based on the difficulty that one might be exposed to in the pursuit of becoming better in another language other than one mother tongue, which is overwhelming as per the article. Most of its features it's emphasized on the various description, which is given on highlight of the overall experience that the author underwent. However, based on the background given on the language, the author had to go through various lengths, which led to his endeavor. Having numerous ideas in his thoughts, the author experienced the harsh reality of being an outsider. This is subjected to his prejudice rooted in his teacher and the locals, which is a temporary stayed impact. Sharing the experience of language changes has made various goals which one can describe based on the less lonely and more satisfying state. As a researcher, I would go about testing natural science as my hypothesis solely on statistics as to why I believe that mother tongue is more harmful to most users rather than being beneficial to our future on the aspect of learners. Using this language as based on most of the ideas has an articulate impact which confident it to be imposed as one of massive change towards users. Therefore, I would certify my hypothesis based on how users focus on using the language and how it has assessed changes in our lives and society. I prefer to use natural experiments in conducting my hypothesis since it predicts how the data is being gathered.
