Medical Team Debriefing
New Beginnings Doula Training is committed to building bridges within the medical team. We also feel like doulas are a part of that team and should be treated as such. With that in mind, our students are asked to fill out a debriefing form to help them communicate better with the other members of the medical team as well as help them understand how they can improve.
We appreciate you willingness to cooperate.
As a nurse/doula team, what did you do right?
What could have been improved?
For your client, what went right?
What could have been improved?
On the following pages, you will find the form that I would like you to use to fill out your information. A less formal birth plan can also be typed up and given to the hospital personnel.
