necessary information to all in the organization despite the time they will take there. They always try to impact all that have shown interest,

many people who are abusing drugs and substances s there are a lot of people who are in different parts of the world who are doing

mentorship, counseling, and guiding of all the youths who have shown interest. There is holding of daily meetings and the meetings since

they can be done either virtually or face to face, the two platforms make sure that almost all people have been given a chance to attend and

be informed. Those people who are in most cases targeted are those teenagers and young adults because these are the kind of people

who can be very easy to help them to change their sinful ways. However, it is not only those children who are abusing drugs that are

supposed to be given a chance to attend such sessions, but in most cases, it is for all, including their families and friends, so that they can

be shown how they can help the victim to change from abusing of the substances. These resources and the teaching that their loved ones

are given can help them to recover using the shortest time possible then, which they could have taken if they did not involve the whole

family in this. This is because they always play a very critical role in the process of recovery. People who are in different places have got

addictions, which are different, and it is essential that demography should be considered before any person who wants to help young

people should put this into consideration, (Jordan & Andersen, 2017). . Additional Professionals Using smart technique is a very effective

way of making sure that the organization and all other people dealing with people who have been addicted to the abuse of the substance

are essential. It is an excellent approach to ensure that they are giving people breakthrough. It is essential that many professionals come up

and help bring back those people to the track. This is because there is an effective transformation, and it is not only a single profession that

is needed at many of them with different knowledge so that there can be a holistic approach towards helping young people. It is also

essential that all the organizations and other people should keep the issue of faith at the forefront as they are trying to curb the abuse of

substance problem. This is because religion plays a critical role in shaping the life of people. Therefore, when they will start going to places

of worship, they will get a chance to be taught good ways, and many religions go against substance abuse. They will be getting teachings

from the holy book, which will play a vital role in helping them in the recovery process, (Kumar, et al, 2013) Conclusion Many young people

are engaged in the abuse of substances, and this is like they are digging their own graves at an incredibly early stage, and therefore, they

must be helped and stop abusing drugs. Adolescents and young adults engage in substance abuse because of peer pressure; when one

starts beating, many of his friends will continue using as well so that they can fit to be friends. Many engage in the activity because some

are not aware of the long-term impacts that they are presenting themselves in their life while others are just ignorant. There are many

resources that are available which they can help young adults to overcome the issue and help those who are struggling with substance

abuse. There is much organization that works with teens to make them recover. There are many professions that can be involved in the

recovery process in a holistic manner, (Seitz, et al, 2019)
