Canada compared to India.Reports also state the Canadian inflation is 1%while in India its about 6%.India's economy is slowly declining

and it no longer the fastest growing economy in the world a few years ago India thrived in business environment and a lot on

investorswanted to invest in the firsts growing economy in the world.Reports show that the growth if India has declined by five percent this

has caught the attention of many markets globally thus the economic conditions in India are not goodsince it has recorded a slow growth

rate thus affecting a lot of businesses in India. Here are some of the challenges facing the development of the economy in India there is the

institutional and structural problems which have constrained the country from releasing its economicUnequal income distribution has to all

places have curbed the continued expansion of domestic consumption, the biggest drive for India's economic growth thus slowing down

development since different areas get"private land ownership plus agricultural land leasing" has increased the difficulty of land acquisition,

this is because a large number of population in India is faced with poverty this makesit difficult for the poor to own land ,mostly land is owner

by rich people .The education system has made many young Indians unqualified workers for modern industries. To a large extent, this is

because they lack the knowledge and skills needed to work in the industries they also lack the experience to deliver on their jobsAlthough

the Indian economic growth has declined for the last few years than that of china and a lot of undeveloped countries. The government just

has to strive had and provide enough jobs for its population so that they maintain economic stability. Moreover, although some of the reform

measures implemented by the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his first five-year tenure have brought certain shocks in

the short-term, they willhave long-term positive effects on the country's economic and social development thus this affect the business

environment.( King, 2017)For India to boost its economic growth the government should set goals and come up with projects that they will

fund so that they can help boost the economic growthof India and this will affect the business environment positively. The Indian government

has formulated plans to become a $5-trillion economy. improving its business environment should be a top priority and a breakthrough point

for India, when the business environment of a country is positive the country tends to thriveand make more money however when the

business environment of a country is negative a country can loose a lot of money since a lot of investors will either pullout from their

investments or it will contribute to India’s economic instability. When it comes to attracting foreign direct investment, especially from foreign

manufacturers, India has relied too much on compulsory measures like unilaterally increasing tariffs on finished products to force

manufacturersto set up factories locally, rather than improving its business environment. The approach cannot help significantly improve the

country's efficiency, but instead may have negative effects like rising up of domestic costs and inflationary pressure, which also provides

negative incentivesfor Indian governments at all levels to improve public services. The economy of Canada is a highly developed market
