After reading “Sex, Lies, and Conversation” by Deborah Tannen, I would mostly agree with Listening to the Body Language. My big things are to switch the topics, that their “no big problem”, and women conversational habits. (p.390) Switching the topic is habit that I pick up later in life and the two main reasons. The first is that if you keep on expressing the problem, your look at like “get over it already”. That also play alone with that you never let things go phares. Changing the subject help me not to get easily upset about the topic. Most of all it helps to takes your mind off the problem for a little bit.

I totally agree with “No Big Problem”. The thing with this is your taught as a young male that that is nothing you cannot do or be. Also, there are no problems too big for you and God would not put these problems on you that you can handle. On the other hand, the saying so that is all in becoming a man. I notice that I tell people things will get better just keep work on it.

The thing that upsets me the most is the time of the conversation. Seems like every time you're watching the Playoff they want to talk. The final round of a boxing match they want to talk. What it seemed like to me it's what's important to you they try to take your attention away from it. The conversation may be the right conversation she just picks the wrong timing. Next thing you know the TV's getting turned off because you're not paying attention. The favorite words come out you're not paying attention to me then attention to the television. The biggest thing is that you must listen now. The TV's turned off you're going to have to hear about it from secondary source
