To earn a higher performance score, HIPAA is not the only law to address. You donâ��t have to critique and report ALL of the laws, but a more inclusive and thorough description of various laws is required here. You need to support your conclusions with current and relevant scholarly resources.

There are still some things to review like centering your level 2 APA headings,  All abbreviations must be spelled out the first time with the abbreviations in parenthesis, "According to HIPAA the PHI ...", and where and when citations are needed.
