The importance of my philosophy of education

According to me, the word philosophy helps people to understand the secret of existence and reality. It tries to identify the nature of truth and knowledge and its importance in life. In simple words, philosophy can be defined as the study of thought, the style of our thinking, and the reason behind our learning. The importance of my philosophy of education is to analyses the process of best learning. I think Education is essential part of our life. It helps to focus on the decisions we have made. Philosophy of education describes the goals and beliefs of a person (Noddings, 2018).

My philosophy of teaching

My philosophy of teaching is very simple. My teaching process consists of various principles. I believe in encouraging contact between students and faculty members. It is very important to boost the active learning process. Students are unable to learn much by sitting in classes listening to my lecture. For this, they must interact and discuss the topic they learn with me. By relating the topic to their past experiences, and apply it to their daily lives can help them to learn more and more easily. Maintaining time while doing any task is very important. I always expect more from my students and also get it. I expect students to perform well, which becomes a self-fulfilling prediction when I put extra efforts. So, teaching is the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and skills which is required to perform works effectively in the classroom, school, and community (Whitman, & Beeson, 2018).

My philosophy of learning

I believe that the learning philosophy depends on our mind, emotions, and motivation. Everyone has the ability to learn effectively. By understanding the brain it helps to learn allows us to open up new opportunities. I think that motivation is essential to achieve success in life. I think that the biggest block to learning is our own emotions and feelings of inability (Clough, 2018).

My philosophy of assessment

According to my assessment is an essential part of an effective teaching and learning procedure. It has to be adjusted with the learning objectives identified for a specific lesson. The aim of the assessment has to be carefully considered in order to improve the learning process for students and increase the performance (Rip, 2018).

My philosophy of Classroom Management

As a teacher, I prefer to stay friendly with my students so that they feel free to share all their problems openly without any hesitation. According to me, the main motive of the teacher is to teach and guide the students in the fields that they are facing the problem. For sharing my knowledge with the students it is necessary that we acquire a bond of trust. It has been always said “the more you will try to control something, it will go more out of control. So, it is better to manage the student in a friendly manner than managing the class with strictness. By maintaining the balance of friendship and guidance the student will generate respect towards the teacher and automatically will do as per the teacher will say (Burden, P. (2016).

My philosophy of Learning Environment

According to me, the best learning environment can be considered to be the one which consists of curiosity of learning new things. If the feeling of curiosity generates in the mind of the student then they will learn fast. In addition to that indulging of technology in the classroom for showing pictures and videos regarding the topic will help them to learn faster. According to studies if teaching would be taken outside the classroom for experiments it helps in increasing the speed of the learning process. Make the class a room of unsolved questions and discuss its solution in the class itself. It will raise the scope of the students’ knowledge (Gaggiotti & Simpson, 2015).

My Philosophy of Instructional Technology

I consider instructional technology to be very effective. It produces a proper methodology to obtain proper ways to construct the most effective ways of teaching by conducting different experiments. This division of education is focused on the scientific study of developing the system of education (Driver et al., 2014).
