The strength that stood out for Tender Care Learning Center was the quality and expectations of their teachers. The teachers highly trained on a professional level to provide the quality preschool experience the are striving for. Tender care is an accredited program. They Operate at a level that is nationally recognized which means that their preschool program and curriculum meets all the developmental requirements to be considered and quality program.

Although they have these high expectations for their teachers and meet all the requirements to be an accredited school they don’t explain or talk about their plan or their teaching model for children. I think that they could improve their Philosophy by adding and explaining their educational structure and goals they have in place for the children.

The Mission statement of the ABC Preschool was clear on its beliefs and covered all areas the children, families, teachers, and the community. The strength that I saw right away was that they focus was the Whole child. Something else that stood out for me was the staff support. Although some teachers can handle their own class, I believe that the support of having two teachers in the classroom will definitely add to the quality of care that is provided to the children and their families. 

The area that could be improved is to elaborate a little bit more on how they will incorporate Christian education into the curriculum.

Mission

To create a fun and safe educational experience that will allow children to learn though creativity in a play base environment that will help young children to attain the physical, cognitive, and social emotional achievements the need to prepare them for their next step in life.
