On February 8, 2019, Ms. Leblanc decided to change her vehicle
Reason: Recurring problem of water infiltration inside the vehicle. She had to bring her vehicle to Volkswagen Laurentides seven times, starting May 18, 2014.
Goes to H. Grégoire to shop for vehicles
At this point, a vehicule exchange is discussed, but he is told that the car is only worth $2,500
