SAN JERONIMO’S ECONOMY: the prospects of prospering
Recently, El Benefactor has released a statement about the economic dismay San Jeronimo has been faced with. According to his economic specialists, San Jeronimo’s prospects of wealth are on the rise! He wrote, “Unlike last time, wealth distribution efforts will be trickled down more seamlessly, thanks to a prosperous deal with Western Europe. Exports of bananas, coca and coffee are steadily on the rise, and the city will be seeing the benefits here shortly. Meanwhile, the minimum wage will be reassessed and decreased to cover trade embargos.”

Marcia Lieberman (pictured right), wife of South American Ambassador Lieberman. Upon their arrival from Vienna, Mrs. Lieberman simply vanished after an evening with El Benefactor. Ambassador Lieberman has fled the country since and is on El Benefactors MOST WANTED list. SPOTTED: Indians back again? Townspeople from all over have been rumored to hear rustling, whispers, and children’s cries. Several hunters have reported hearing gatherings in the woods, and some swear seeing Indians running about just outside of their homes. There has yet to be documentation of their existence, so El Benefactor’s investigators have formed a search team to locate them and address the issue of their return. Volunteers are welcome to participate and help the community officials. |
