A ACHIEVALBE I will conduct a survey to find out what both the clients and the sales team think about the idea. I will implement it as soon as the ideas passes as valid.
R RELEVANT Enhancing the efficiency of operations will contribute to the overall project of being recognized as the most professional service provider and setting the salon to realize profitability
T TIME-BOUND The deadline of this goal is one year. During this duration, the profitability and direction of the business will be better investigated. One-year performance will as predict the next two years performance.

Enhancing efficiency in business operations and services at pet salon to ensure stability and increased customer base that will lead to high profitability in the long run.

The project can be a success if the owner is willing to give strength to the venture through promising service and digital marketing to enhance recognition
