Jason Smith is a 19 year old male. He is the first to attend college and comes from an immigrant family. He is single and is attending a 4 year university, He is very family orientated, ambitious, and work part time at the mall.

Biggest challenges:

· Lives off campus so he commutes a lot

· Has to balance work with school.

· Need to manage his time.

Day in the life:

He wakes up, checks his social media for a while, eats then head to the gym. After the gym he goes to work until he starts class in the afternoon. He gets out, eats, does homework and then gets in bed. He does this everyday expect the weekends.

Motivation:

He hopes to be the first in his family to graduate with a B.S in CS. Then work at a tech giant and move up the corporate ladder to a senior position. His parents struggled to make ends meet and his want to have financial freedom and support/help them.

It is very hard and stressful sometimes to deal with so many students especially when it comes to scheduling classes. She wishes there was a more efficient way not only for her, but for her students.

Day in the Life:

Wakes up, eats breakfast before going to school. Gets to School and checks her appointments for the day. She meets with students in person but also constantly emails them as well. It is very exhausting for her having to meet with so many students. At the end of the day, she gets leaves, deals with traffic, get home, eats and then gets some rest.

Motivation:

Seeing students graduate, achieve great things and become contributing member of society. She seeks to be one of the top counselor, one who any student can go to.

She wakes up in the morning around 6 am and leaves soon after. She has numerous roles at work for example, answering question at the front desk, taking test(Bodily fluids) and other things. She gets home around 6 pm, has dinner, does other things and then gets in bed.

Motivation:

She hopes to get into med school, graduate and then become a Physician. She is also from a immigrants family so she hopes to support and help her parents. She wishes to rack in some big money too!

Ana is a 40 year old female. She started working at the Fish Market as a Junior in high school by the time she graduated she became a server and really liked the money she was getting so she didn't think she needed a college education. She still lives with her mom and hopes to inherit her house when she passes. She really cares about her son and is willing to work 80 hour weeks to make sure he has everything he wants.

Biggest challenges:

· Money is not steady so it gets hard sometimes.

· Has to balance two jobs and raising her son.

· Has to manage her stress from work.

Day in the life:

Ana wakes up has breakfast, takes her son to school, and then goes to her job at Sandy's Restaurant. After she is done with her shift she grabs something to eat before heading to the Fish Market for her dinner shift. After work she usually has a drink or two then proceeds to go home and rest before she does it all over again.

Motivation:

Ana just hopes to make enough money to support her son through college so he doesn't have to work as hard as she does. She realized she made a mistake by not going to college but she is not going to allow her son to make the same mistake.
