Introduction

This assignment is about evaluating our own personal and leadership vision. Focusing on developing the ability to think deeply about our lives and it will help us to identify what is truly important in our life. This assignment will help us to stay focus and analysis what we have achieved and what is remaining.

This assignment covers the following areas:

Vision statement

· It’s a picture of your life in the future but it’s so much more than that. Your vision statement is your inspiration, the framework for all your career planning.

Personal vision:

· It will focus on personal values which are required to create for healthy future.

Professional vision:

· It covers all professional skills, and how it helps to become an honest and successful leader.

Leadership vision:

· It will focus on personal as well as professional development to achieve the desired future.

Key point

· What you want to be in the future and how you want to be.

· What values are important to me in my life

· What type of leader I want to be.

Vision Statement

· I want to reach a level where I have a feeling of accomplishment and a sense of self - actualization. Want to start an innovative business from which I can establish my name in this word. And to provide a very good service and build a strong customer base.

Personal Version

In the next 15 years, I intend to become a successful entrepreneur and try to continue that till my retirement age. The purpose I want to become an entrepreneur is I have grown in an entrepreneur family and in my family, all have started their business and achieve greatness in life. I want to do same and want to be a self-made man. However, I feel entrepreneur can help his family in a better way and can be the inspiration for the family I don’t wish to just start one business and continue that for my entire life I want to be always innovative and passionate about new things and always try to do something different in my life.

Right now, I don’t have any experience in any field, but I have selected my field that is supply chain management. I have planned to start a job for few years after my supply chain course so that I can use techniques which I have to learn in the course and see supply industry more closely moreover I will be building my network over job period which can help me in future. I want to be an entrepreneur with great values like honesty, determination, personal integrity, Innovative, Ethics and positive this value can enhance my personality and help me grow more efficiently as an entrepreneur.

Professional Version

As a professional I always want to be a positive person so that wherever I am working in my company or I am an employee of some company a positive energy comes out of me and I can work more effectively and can cheer up my colleagues also moreover I will optimism the future and always want to be in learning stage because world is changing very rapidly and to coordinate with it I need to have learning attitude I cannot stick to old techniques if I stay with this both attitude it can benefit my company as well as to me.

I intend to be creative and friendly in nature creative because I want to improve things in a better way and friendly so that my colleagues feel free to give an idea or share problems related to work but my friendly attitude won’t affect my decision making, I will be honest and very guanine in that. I will intend my company to be part of any corporate social responsibility it will directly increase companies’ values in the market and we can help society also. However, I always want to be greedy about success and passionate about work.

Leadership Vision

· To be the most valued leader to my colleagues and family.

As a leader, I want to have a vision in which my colleagues can believe and can work on it. Moreover, I want to build a team who is always ready for new challenges and try to achieve it soon because I don’t want to stay or tie to one business I want to be always creative and innovative but that doesn’t mean I won’t be available from them I will always monitor them and whenever I feel they are on the wrong path I will guide them to the right one I don’t want to be transactional leader.

I want to be the transformational leader I will motivate my employees to suggests an improvement in a business process or work they are doing I will be learning new things and always ready for a chance. moreover, I will be always ready to solve the conflict between employees/departments. I want to build an image on which my team, investors and customer believe and want to be loyal to everyone who is related to my organization.

Conclusion

Having a personal, professional and leadership vision is about looking forward. It’s the best way to remember and verify that are you on the right path and analysis till now what you have achieved. It’s a kind of transformation we should think what better thing could be done by us. I want to be a leader from whose name his organization can be recognized.

By using my vision, I should be able to focus and manage to work more efficiently. As a leader, everyone should lead their team to a great level. Everyone should be clear about there vision. The mission should be change timely, but the vision should remain constant to achieve success.
