Evaluation of outcomes achieved

In the evaluation of the various types of outcomes that were attained in the project I used since key aspects which are scope as well as schedule, the budget, team associated satisfaction, client satisfaction and quality of the outcomes attained in the end of the project. In terms of scope, this is considered to be the intended type of outcome regarding an identified project as well as what is needed to enhance its completion. From the aspect of scope it is evident that the outcomes were fully achieved since all the objectives of the project were achieved within the identifiedframework (Slapjack et al., 2021).

Schedules is considered to be measurements of the time used in achievement of the milestones. In terms of schedule the outcomes achieved were delivered on time and the schedule was just used in the right way from the start. Budget is considered to be a the amount of resources that will be used in the management of the delivery regarding the given project within the available schedule and activities. In terms of budget, the outcomes achieved were delivered within the given budget which is a good indicator of effective success according to the outcomes.

Team satisfaction is considered to be a highly subjective aspect in nature as well as is usually highly overlooked in the evaluation of outcomes for the project success. The achieved outcomes were successful because the team was highly satisfied and each person attained higher level as well as increased insights. Customer satisfaction is the feedback that is attained from the clients. The client in this case is the constructionindustry which was satisfied with the information as well as knowledge that the project team offered in regard to the utility of the light gauge type of steel. In terms of quality, the outcomes achieved were of high quality for current and future practices (Kerzner & John Wiley & Sons., 2015).
