Instructions:

I need 3page of therapeutic and non therapeutic communication with the patient to whom I met. She was talikg about horse riding that she loves. She mentioned that her mom was a poor lady then she started the business of horse riding and pt loved with this.all the communication is based on horse riding , kinds of horses and what horse she loves to ride. I gave a template on page 1st , only record the 3 page conversation on that page.

After that write an essay of 4 pages according to the rubric at the last last page. There are clear instructions. It is the same paper about the same patient. It is about how was the patient, how did you talk to her and how you feel while you were recording the data etc. this is 4 page paper with 4 references with APA style. I post the history of patient, how was she and what are my perspective about her persoanlaity etc… everything according to rubric and patient history.
