Personal Change Reflection Paper - Students will submit a reflection paper about the personal change process.

This means that your journal entries will run from Monday-Sunday just like the modules. Your first week of

journal keeping will be Feb. 4. You should have three entries a week until April 7 which means that you should

have a total of 24 entries. You must use the American Psychological Association (APA) 6th ed. This paper

should be typed, doubled- spaced, and the body of the research paper should be a minimum of 2-3 pages. This

paper should be insightful and genuine.

eliminate during 8 weeks. Discuss in detail your experience in

attempting to eliminate your behavior or activity.

Addresses the supports and expected outcomes of the personal

the goals and your experience in trying to meet them.
