Personal Case Study

In week four you will submit a comprehensive analysis and summary of your personal case study focusing on your central inquiry questions, strategies, options, and personal career experiences. (Central Inquiry Questions used from previous case studies completed) The paper will be in a format comparable to your leadership and adaptive style. It is important to remember that you now have the authority/influence to implement real change. The paper can take the form of an Executive Directive or a Strategic Proposal, etc.

Your role can be as a consultant, top leadership or you can remain in your current position.

· Papers are to be 5pages, use APA format, and include a brief abstract with the central inquiry questions of the original case to help remind the reader. 

· Begin with a thesis statement (assertion) about the case based on your analysis this week and identify for the reader how you will go through a supportive discussion of that assertion.  

· The analysis does not require the same use of citations/references of weeks 1-3. However, it is expected that the References at the conclusion of the paper will include all references throughout Weeks 1-3. 

· Your concluding paragraph (s) should be a positive statement of the proposed changes.
