Personal change overview
The thing I would like to change about myself is to reduce mobile dependence. In the last recent years, I have realized that mobile phone use, mainly social media Apps, has been consuming and wasting a lot of my time. I could be using this time to do important stuff like meeting friends for a face to face talk, thorough reading for my exams, doing personal cleaning, and spending time together with my family members', among other significant duties. I want to reduce the mobile dependence in myself to make sure that I devote much of my time to my academic work and ultimately attain desirable grades.

To ensure you are effective in making the change you are looking for and to track your progress throughout the change process it is important for you to take time to reflect on the changes that have occurred. This will provide the opportunity to define whether you are effective and/or whether the change goal should be adjusted or revised.
To do so and to be able to report back on your change process in your final paper you have to collect data on a daily or weekly basis to track your progress.
