When designing websites, one must be cognizant of the importance of user-friendliness in designs. Not only will a clean, straightforward design have a positive impact on the user experience, but it will also make the site more aesthetically pleasing. There are a lot of great ideas out there in the world today, and some of the best designers out put a lot of time and effort into making their designs beautiful. They are not just beautiful to look at – they are beautiful to work with and use. They are beautiful for their users because of how they look (Martins et al., 2021). On the other hand, some designers put a lot of time and effort into making their design clean, usable, and intuitive. A design like this is more than beautiful; it is functional.
The idea behind the web first, the native second approach, is that websites are often more straightforward and provide many of the same functionality as native applications. The decision to deliver a mobile application and a mobile website have several considerations. First, it is helpful to define these separately because they can be treated differently. The main reason for a web-based mobile app is speed. The mobile site is faster and more suitable for on-the-go information than a mobile app. It also allows maintaining the same app version for all platforms, saving time, and keeping it simple (Martins et al., 2021).
On the other hand, the push notification is more direct and allows for a faster conversation. The user receives a message right away and can respond right away. Unlike email or text messages, the recipient can immediately respond, not days later, as the user reads the message. Another significant reason has emerged: it is more convenient to push content to users, such as an announcement. There is no need to open or check in the social networking site. If the user sees the message in her feed, she will click the link, have the user automatically open in her browser, and click to continue with her workflow. Even if the user does not click the link or open the message right away, the user knows it is coming, far more effective than waiting for a text or an email that may never arrive (Dogruel & Schnauber-Stockmann, 2021).

ITS-537-Info Tech & Mobile Applications
There is a huge difference between a website and a good website. Nowadays, consumers and users are surfing websites only if they have a good layout and design. When the websites are confusing, consumers prefer to stay away from them. Websites that are difficult to navigate, entail unplanned pages, and are loaded with keywords push away the consumers. One of the aspects that a great website entails is the presence of actionable content. Despite using a good design, a website should portray valuable and useful information, which otherwise will lead to its failure. The website should entail actionable content, where the consumers can take actions such as downloading content such as an ebook or purchasing products (Ahmad et al., 2017). A great website will furnish robust navigation such as the layout, where each webpage will be logical and homogenous. A website shouldn’t take much time to load because web pages that will take up time to load will reduce user experience. The navigation tabs placed at the top will be minimized as providing consumers with a large number of choices will confuse them in choosing an option. Moreover, a great website design will ensure users are provided with brief information and place vital information above the fold.
Developers will have to choose whether developing a mobile website or mobile application will benefit an organization. For developing either a mobile website or mobile application or both, the developers shall consider varied factors such as the target audience, prevailing budget, anticipated purpose, and necessary characteristics. It is better for organizations to develop a mobile website first when entering the mobile web domain, while a mobile application is developed for a particular purpose that can’t be realized using a web browser (McWherter & Gowell, 2012). Considering the advantages and disadvantages of using a mobile website and a mobile application will help organizations in choosing the optimal choice for realizing the business goals. The development of a mobile website differs from that of a mobile application; therefore, deciding on employing either one will enable the developers to use different tools and techniques during the development process. For instance, the time and cost for developing a mobile website are very less when compared with the development of a mobile application. One of the reasons why push notifications became popular is because they are short in length, and when they appear on the screen, they can be read easily without having to even open the lock screen. Sometimes when text messages become frequent, they tend to irritate the users, where it is a time-consuming process to try to opt-out from receiving the text messages. On the other hand, the users can follow a simple procedure to opt-out from receiving push notifications.

Question No 1
Advantage of Organizing IT security policies by Domain:
When a good IT security policy by domain is in place, only authorized individuals may access systems and databases that hold critical client information. IT departments that make use of security management systems must have confidence that the systems are under organizational control and that system actions can be tracked back to their source. Using this sort of monitoring technology is a crucial part of avoiding data breaches. To keep track of who has access to whose data, a business should have an up-to-date master list of all personnel with permission to access the company's systems. In order to avoid a data breach on the company's network, security clearances should be erased throughout the off-boarding process for all IT staff. Both client data and private data that an organization wants to keep secret may benefit from these safeguards. Software licensing agreements (SLAs) may also benefit from the notion of issuing unique access credentials to a particular user in order to get access to a secure application. Organizations should employ security-related SLAs to assist and carry out enforcement of policies (Bertino, 2021).
Question No 2
Disadvantage of Organizing IT security policies by Domain:
In the realm of Remote Access, RADIUS issues, VPN IDs, and VPN gateways and applications should all be addressed in the domain standards. For system/application domain access permits, it might be difficult to identify who owns and is responsible for programs and records. However, when employees change roles within the company, it isn't always clear what access should be granted and removed based on the user domain they are assigned to. To make matters more complicated, the level of access you need may vary greatly depending on the specific work at hand.
Management challenges becoming more complex multi-domain management is more difficult because there are more administrative entities involved. It is the responsibility of the organization to maintain the domain's user, group, and computer settings. In contrast, the hierarchical structure provided by OUs makes it easier to manage permissions.
Reduced adaptability: A domain controller (DC) must be promoted before a new domain can be created. Even though it is relatively simple, reorganizing Active Directory domains is more difficult than reorganizing OUs. When creating a domain, keep in mind that its structure will rarely, if ever, be altered (Hafiz, 2017).
Question No 3
Domain Challenges:
Logging in is a function of the user domain, whereas LAN security is a responsibility of the routers and access points. The multiple domains reflect the numerous divisions of a firm. Many traits are shared by both LAN-to-WAN and WAN-to-LAN networking. It was suggested that managing router and switch constraints should be done in the LAN-to-WAN Domain (Smith, 2017).

Importance of IT infrastructure Domains
IT infrastructure domains aid in supporting the flow and processing of information; however, these domains are considered targets of cyber-attacks if the proper countermeasures are not followed. Since the modern architecture of cybersecurity revolves around different layers of defense, the organization of IT security policies by each domain is essential. A lack of IT security policy can result in various vulnerabilities in these domains (Johnson & Easttom, 2020). Therefore, The advantages of this organization of policies in domains aid with promoting transparency and access controls. These policies ensure the protection of business and foster efficiency and customer satisfaction. It also ensures system stability and provides an easy upgrade of these domains. It also aids in providing clarity for everyone within the organization on the utilization of modern IT techniques.
Additionally, the organization of these IT security policies aids in combating threats and risk management, thus ensuring the effective running of all operations in these domains. Also, policies enable organizations to maintain a good reputation since these policies are publicly seen. On the other hand, policies established on domains have some disadvantages. The security policies established on domains require expertise to interpret the policies since misinterpretation can result in losses within the organization (John et al., 2017). Another drawback is that implementing IT security policies on domains is expensive and requires a specific IT budget. Also, the process resources require resources to provide ongoing training and awareness. Lastly, I think applying IT security policies in all these domains presents different risks targeting them; thus, it can be challenging to establish the IT policies.
