· Discuss what power in the context of leadership is and how it relates to bullying within organizations. Also, note how this impacts productivity.
In the organization, we have some challenges and need solutions to pave the way for regular operation. The power of leadership can initiate the solution to mitigate the challenging problem. The power of leadership can change the way regular processes occur in the organization, depending on its magnitude. Leadership needs more concentration, especially when it comes to long-lasting decision-making (Bratton, 2020). The leader should try to know more concentrated facts about the decision to be taken. Leadership can lead to bullying if the leaders misuse their power and authority over the minority one. The leaders can decide to behave in an unethical manner destroying the normal operation in the workplace. It leads to disunity, and productivity in the organization goes down as leaders are forcing quality from the employees.
· Discuss what organizational culture is and how it impacts work productivity. Also, note how organizational culture impacts the success of innovation implementation.
Organizational culture defines how the employees behave in the working environment. It contains some rules and regulations initiated by the leaders to be followed by the employee as they continue implementing their job description. The organizational culture makes the employee not leave the workplace the way they want but stick to rules. The organizational culture creates the organization's vision and allows the employees to work to meet the requirements. The organizational culture impacts the organization's productivity because it remains in the in-work place according to the scheduled work to achieve the target (Bratton, 2020). By having a vision and target, the employees know what to do and stick to it to ensure achievement and lead to innovation implementation success. Success comes by working, and organizational structure strictly prevents employees from leaving and coming anytime they want.
· How does culture impact leadership? Can culture be seen as a constraint on leadership?
The culture has a great impact on the leadership in the organization. One day, the leader would decide not to come to the working place because of the power, but organization culture prevents all the employees from absconding from the working environment. The organization's culture makes the leaders make decisions wisely as they are responsible for any negative outcome (Jeon, 2018). The leaders have the vision and mission to accomplish daily because of organizational culture. By the leaders adhering to rules and regulations, the organization can attain success in any innovation implementations. Culture is what controls the power of leadership in the organization.

Organization leadership and Culture
In a leadership context, power refers to the leader's ability to influence the action of the subjects to meet the intended goals (Arora & Rao, 2018). Power enables the leader to direct the members' effort towards the path they would otherwise not follow. Therefore, leaders can use their power effectively to bring success or misuse their power by mistreating and bullying members. Power allows spiteful leaders to bully their subjects through various means such as verbal abuse, threatening members, coercing employees, blackmailing, or even sexually harassing subjects. Bullied employees are usually not free to make their own choices due to fear of harassment from their bosses. This makes employees constrained and incapable of being imaginative and productive, leading to low productivity (Chen et al., 2018). The worker morale to work is also affected by bullying behaviors.
Organizational Culture refers to the standard acceptable behaviors governing the actions of the members of the organization (Groysberg et al., 2018). Organizational Culture is reinforced through hiring and other routine processes that inculcate the desired behaviors. Organizations that have high moral and ethical Culture discourages unbecoming behaviors such as bullying within the organization. This improves the workers' well-being and freedom to actively participate in creativity and innovation for the organization's success. An ethical culture also defines the acceptable values in the organization (Arora & Rao, 2018). Therefore, it imparts workers' positive attitude toward adopting new technology, which implements new technology effectively.
The Culture of the organization has a positive bearing on the organization's leadership. Leaders with bullying behaviors will not thrive in an organizational culture that promotes freedom and fairness. Culture also influences the organization's laws; hence, leaders would be forced to obey the established norms and behaviour (Arora & Rao, 2018). The Culture of an organization is usually ingrained within the daily practices of the organization. Therefore, leaders who envision organizational success would have to conform to them.
