Peer Review Rubric Comment by Michael Clines: I enjoyed reading your essay on the legalization of marijuana. While I agree it is a controversial issue, I don't agree that it is harmful. There are some prescription drugs that are more harmful. The introduction could have been just a little stronger or, included a "hook" to capture the reader.
