Introduction
Microsoft Corporation is a technology company that develops and supports a range of software products, services, and devices. Its major competitors include Apple, Google, IBM, amongst others. Therefore, Apple is a multinational technology company that deals with consumer electronics, software, hardware, products, and services.
Mode of communication with audiences
Microsoft company developed a Microsoft app that enables the management to communicate with its employees easily. The app is used in communicating any announcements and passing any information within the company (Lessambo, 2018). For instance, the leaders and communication specialists can communicate directly with the employees, various teams, and internal audiences. On the other hand, apple communicates with its audience through print broadcast media. Additionally, using social media platforms like Twitter. Further, when addressing the employees, the company can use emails and Memos.
Content strategies
Content strategies explain the approach for creating content to help in driving key business objectives. Therefore, the content strategy helps in the high planning process of the company. For instance, content strategies can be explained through the websites of the company. For example, Microsoft company has its website built with Redmond-based software, which applies the word press.
For instance, the website of Microsoft company explains the mission and vision of the company. For instance, Microsoft's mission is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve more. Further, the vision statement and objectives of the company are stated on the website. Also, the working staff of the company in their ranks are identified from the senior leadership, board of directors, employees, and alumni.
The website explains the type of people the company works with and the nature of its employees, management, and board of directors. Further, the website also explains investor relations but states the income generated by the company to attract more investors, announcements of the future upcoming events, and the kind of investor services provided by the company (Abdukarimova, 2021). Additionally, the website is used for advertising any available job opportunities for any professionals and graduates who wish to join the platform. Therefore, the website has used a form of communicating with the audience and customers of the company.
Apple company website, on the other hand, is designed to reach modern-day standards. The website is clean and home welcoming is advertising all the brands owned by the company like iPad, iPhone, and MacBook, amongst others. The main purpose of the web is to sell and advertise their products. Further, the company's website uses black and white with grey on the footer area and texts written in grey. Further, the Imagery and user-friendliness make the website appealing and modern. Also, the photography is on the spot, and drawings make the products slick and new. The website has numerous unique features which attract more users and make it stand out.
Further, Microsoft and Apple companies also use the mobile app as one of their content strategies. For instance, Microsoft company has a mobile app that aids users in performing numerous office duties. For example, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook, access, and one-note. Also, the company has Microsoft Intune, which helps to manage company issues.
On the other hand, apple company has a mobile app for both its users and the company. For instance, the employees are made to use the switchboard used in downloading mobile apps and keeping the apps updated. Moreover, it uses the iPhone OS and has all its apps in the iPhone store, where apple apps can be downloaded and used in the company operations and by customers globally (Baym et al., 2020).

Therefore, Apple uses hand drown logo, Garamond, in marketing. Additionally, the Mac and iOS use a san-serif called San Francisco, an adaptation of the Helvetica Neue.
