For your Personal Development Plan, you must identify five attributes that you intend to develop or learn during your time at GIC, and present those as SMART goals. The attributes should be chosen from the Researcher Development Framework (RDF: Domains A and B will be most useful), based on your Skills Audit.

1.1. Insert an image/screenshot of your Skills Analysis Plotter (complete sections A and B only):
1.2. Select five attributes which are relevant to your future Master’s Programme, and which you want to concentrate on during your time at GIC.
List your attributes and categorise them into the different dimensions below (Academic, Personal or Transferable). Use the Graduate Attributes Matrix provided by The University of Glasgow (https://www.gla.ac.uk/media/Media_183776_smxx.pdf) to help you identify the dimensions.
