Purpose of Plan
Emotional Intelligence in a workplace is essential to leverage a well-balanced decision-making company. Understanding personal and interpersonal emotional competencies, including; self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management, help produce influential leaders and teams. The overall purpose of the Propulsion Controls Engineering Development plan is to promote productivity, encourage personal and professional growth, and “build emotionally intelligent relationships (Segal and Jaffe, 2008).”
