III. Conclusion

The conclusion must be written in paragraph/sentence form. It is a summary of what your summary is only and not taking a side: example

Because cigarette smoke and second hand cig arette smoke has been found to b e a direct cause of cancer, people who do not smoke or who value their health should not have to be made to tolerate smoke in public places. Banning smoking in public places can increase the health of patrons, lower the cost of insurance and medical treatments and provide a healthier environment for everyone. For these reasons and those I have stated, Banning Smoking in Public Places should be uniformly enforced. However, because every person has the right to choose their personal activities, people should not be made to adhere to issues that may be unconstitutional, especially in some public settings where all taxpayer contribute. W hen looking at both sides of this issue the law must try to be fair.
