Comment by Lori Dewald: need to establish page numbers that begin on the next page and not on the cover page. Page numbers must be in the lower right corner of the pages. Comment by Lori Dewald: if you are going to use my Word document to write your paper, you must remove all of these comment boxes throughout this outline.
Comment by Lori Dewald: this final paper does not have an abstract because an Epi investigation does not have an abstract.

References Comment by Lori Dewald: you must have this heading
The gold standard for primary peer reviewed references is: 75% should be within the last 5 years and only 25% of the references should be 6-10 years old.
The only references from websites should be from the CDC, NIH, and WHO. Otherwise references from websites should not be used.
All references must be in APA format. Comment by Lori Dewald: this is critical. Students lose many points because they do not put their references into APA format.
