Patterns, Design, and Strategy
The I Care Charity Foundation (ICCF) uses different factors and strategies to remain relevant within the current charity space and industry. Some of the notable factors include the use of patterns, designs, and strategies. Also, business metaphors should be considered when integrating different business strategies within the market space. ICCF, like any other organization, needs to align its business strategies with its vision, mission, and values. In doing so, the foundation will ensure efficiency in undertaking their business activities. This paper discusses ICCF patterns, designs, and strategies.
Pattern
According to Beynon-Davies (2018), a pattern is an approach that allows businesses and organizations to innovate and learn from different business situations that other organizations used within the industry to succeed. ICCF's primary mission and purpose are to provide funding directly and indirectly to non-governmental organizations, charities, and non-profit organizations to improve the overall quality of life for the less privileged within Pakistan. The business pattern that the organization uses is the same as other not for profit charitable organizations worldwide. The organization runs a fundraiser campaign for donations from willing donors and partners, and then the collections made under the fund are channeled towards charity to help the less privileged. The organization follows all the laws put in place by the federal, state, and local governments on charity works.
Design
ICCF is designed to conduct charity works through an aided fund supported by its American unit in Boston. The branch managing director heads the operations at the unit in Boston. They are tasked with recruitment, transportation of any donations, and training volunteers on what they are supposed to undertake. However, the foundation is run by the main headquarter in Pakistan, which monitors, mentors, and manages all donations made to different charities on behalf of the prominent donors. The entire team is separated into different teams that work in different sectors such as education and health to seek solutions to the problems facing people in Pakistan.
Strategy
According to Yuan et al. (2020), a business strategy is a suitable manner for an organization to compete within a given industry. ICCF's business strategy aligns with its mission and purpose to help the less privileged in Pakistani. The business strategy adopted by the organization has been consistent over the years since its inception in 2008. However, a significant shift in the strategy is the transition to online platforms, minimizing costs, and keeping up with the ever-changing technology. ICCF has also shifted to an online platform, Social media, call centers, and mobile applications.
Frames
The frames adopted by ICCF are their standard policies, regulations, and critical guidance that govern its conduct within the Charity space. The regulations and rules are to be followed by every person within the organization and environment. The senior administrators within the American unit liaise with the main headquarter in Pakistan to adjust guidance based on the charity space's occurrences and happenings. The political frame within the ICCF helps ensure competitiveness and teamwork at work. The human resource frame offers a sense of security, as leaders have to pay attention to their employees' needs through compensation and inclusion in the decision-making process. Although most operations are directed from the Pakistan headquarter, every member of the organization has to adhere to the organization's traditions.
Metaphors
According to Tognazzo & Neubaum (2020), various organizations tend to adopt different meanings from different people and things. A critical metaphor that describes ICCF as a charity organization is organizations as cultures. ICCF is built around a culture of giving, helping the needy, and a culture of ethics and values. The foundation is hinged on critical regulations and rules that ensure the organization's continued success and growth.
Conclusion

Some of the notable factors include the use of patterns, designs, and strategies. ICCF's business strategy aligns with its mission and purpose to help the less privileged in Pakistani.
