Background Information
Organizations lack the required alignment for traction
Traction transforms and shapes the organization and leadership, respectively
Change action influences change fitness in the organization
In the change plan, there are several activities to execute. The organization does not have the alignment required to gain the traction crucial to assist the organization in transforming, adapting, and shaping its leadership to be decentralized. Primarily, change action due to enhanced communication feedback brings an in-depth understanding of how the change fits the organization or its matters (Agrawal & Grupta, 2018). As a result, people under the decentralized leadership become complacent, content to show up, take care of daily business activities, and hope that leaders are steering the general performance under clear directions.

Issue Of Diversity
Language and communication barriers
Common diversity issue in U.S. and U.K. companies
Hired employees whose native language is not English
Workers and managers face difficulties when communicating
Language and communication as a diversity issue contribute to issues in a company that attempts to establish a diverse workplace. When a U.S. or U.K. firm recruits workers from other cultures whose first language is not English, employees and managers experience challenges communicating with one another. As a result, misunderstandings set in and lowers productivity (Alexander et al., 2017). For instance, Spanish employees who do not understand English managers fail to comprehend the instructions can make mistakes if he attempts to complete the assignment without receiving clarity.

Diversity Impacts The Organizational Culture
Cultivates an open environment
Initiates creative problem solving
Contributes to innovation
Diversity builds humanity, perspective, and influence daily employees' experience. The created environment enables workers to enhance their self-esteem at work. Individuals from different backgrounds and with varying perceptions, provide a rich pool of ideas. When workers bounce these off each other, they enlarge their thinking capacity and discover their creativity (Alexander et al., 2017). Companies that recognize and promote workers' variations and involvement are prone to more risks, produce more ideas, and review the status quo that becomes the critical precursor to innovation in any competitive environment.

Potential Cultural Impacts Of Change
Ambivalent authority
Unintended consequence arises from the second
Bring about the opposite of the intended effect
Culture-based change is attributed to the push for empowerment and teamwork. As a result, the previous, particularly hierarchical culture, get perceived as inappropriate, and its legitimacy is questioned. When a manager cast the previous culture as wrong and the new one as appropriate, he or she exaggerates the actual differences between the two and builds false images of the two. Denigrating the old culture underemphasizes the organization's initial strengths, and advocacy for the new culture downplays its inevitable downsides (Varnum & Grossmann, 2017). By downplaying the unavoidable setbacks on the path, the finger-pointing begins when barriers arise.

Government Regulations And Rules
Antitrust Laws
Environmental regulations
Employment and labor law
Effects on organizational culture
Outcome orientation
Stability
Aggressiveness
Any time an organization conspires with its competitors, third-party vendors, or other relevant parties, they may run into antitrust laws. Conspiring to fix market prices, price-based discrimination, conspiring to boycott, and monopolization are regulations that the federal trade commission contacts when a company runs in conflict with them. A company must also comply with wage and hours laws (Fair Labor Standards Act), OSH Act, and Equal opportunity to avoid lawsuits (Honwared, 2017). The organization needs to conserve the environment by adhering to laws such as the Clean Air Act. These government regulations and rules lead to organizational culture, maintaining values, compliance, and creating an involvement environment where all employees are treated equally because the workplace has gained stability, outcome orientation, and aggressiveness.

Why Leaders And The Organization Must Follow Government And Industry Regulations
To avoid long-term consequences, drawbacks
To set high ethical standards (Metwally et al., 2019).
To act in accordance with the ethical standards
To influence ethical values of the organization via compliance behavior
Moral leaders follow government and industry regulations to avoid long-term consequences, drawbacks and gain the benefits of the decisions they make in the company using the right process. They get more concerned for the greater good, focus on fairness, be responsible for their decisions, and portray respect for all stakeholders. Ethical leaders have established ethical standards and perform as per regulations (Metwally et al., 2019). As a result, they influence the company's moral values via their compliance behavior and act as role models for organizations that violate government rules and industry laws in decision-making processes.
