The document design tool presented in Part A was chosen because of the numerous benefits it provides to users. The tool can be used in groups, making it more resourceful and valuable to a broader group of users. Quip is also a simple-to-use tool that ensures the demands of every member of the team or group are met, since team members can edit and access documents from the document design tool.

Both parts A and B favored tabular structure of document content as a strategy in document design. This style was chosen because it allows for the classification of comparable or related contents together, while stuff that is not alike or similar is categorised in distinct table columns. With such organizing, the target reader or audience will find it easy to read and trace what they are most interested in. This is critical in ensuring that the goal of easier comprehension is fully understood.
