If I run on the treadmill for half an hour every day until Tuesday, November 18th, when the final data collection is due, then my body weight will increase, and the independent variable in my experiment is running on the treadmill for half an hour every day, and the dependent variable in my experiment is my body weight.
Results:
After I ran on the treadmill for half an hour every day from October 8th to November 18th, my body weight increased from 61.1 kilograms to 62.2 kilograms. The total change in my body weight was positive 1.1 kilograms.
The table below shows the trend of the change of my body weight. It is obvious that my body weight increased from October 8th to November 18th.
