Rigorous curriculum. (ELCC 2.1, 2.2, 2.3). To implement a coordinated, aligned, and articulated curriculum, (ELCC 2.1, a) create at least 5 assessments that assess all skills, knowledge, types of reasoning, products, and dispositions targets included in the standard/s. To facilitate the use of appropriate content-based learning materials and strategies (ELCC2.1 e) include in part 3 five assessments that include all assessment methods discussed in class and explained in the book: selected response, written response, performance assessment, personal communication. Ensure personalized learning opportunities, incorporate cultural competence in the development of curriculum (ELCC2.1 c), and design differentiated instructional strategies, curriculum material, and technology (ELCC 2.3.b), by creating assessments that give opportunity to demonstrate learning to a diverse student population, are culturally relevant (ELCC 2.2 b, 2.2.c), integrate technology, and promote metacognition. To promote trust, equity, and fairness, create an analytic rubric for either the written response of the performance assessment (2.2e). For each assessment include one or two paragraphs explaining how the assessment promotes metacognition, is culturally relevant, and integrates technology.

Introduction that synthesizes achievement data selected in part 1, re-states area of concern, identifies the standard/s related to that area of concern, and correctly identifies all targets included in part 2, using the alignment table attached below. 

Assessments 5 or more correct correct assessments using the four assessment methods explained in the book and in the presentation. The product or performance assessment is created using GRASPS prompt and there is a rubric to self assess this or an essay assessment. For each assessment there is an analysis and explanation of how the assessment offers opportunity to demonstrate learning to a diverse student population, promotes metacognition, integrates technology. The analysis also explains how the assessment is culturally relevant. Ideas from readings are cited for support.
