Change in Knowledge and Awareness/ Change in Food Consumption Habit Related to
Topic
- Discuss how your research has changed your awareness surrounding the ethical food issue and
what this means to you
- This section is also where you will summarize the results of your food log, and discuss whether
or not the research conducted has affected a food consumption habit that you had before the
assignment was completed (for ex: if you focused your research on the treatment of animals
within industrial meat production, you would discuss whether you ate commercially produced
meat before, and how this has impacted you eating this meat in the future)
Answers to the Questions Posed in Your Proposal
- Within this section, you will restate your questions, and either provide an answer that was
discovered through your research, or give an explanation for why you did not reach those
answers and reflect on this explanation
- This is also where you will provide a conclusion to your assignment and discuss any further
details that you feel are important

- This page should be devoted to the completion of your food journal
- Please use the food journal template document
Reference Page
- This should list all sources used within the body of the assignment following proper APA
formatting style (see APA Citation Style guide for details)
- In-text citations must also be used within the text of this paper
