1. Procurements Management Plan

It is an official paper that defines the various means of project activities that will be run. It contains the secondary management drawings and also the planning documents. This project plan focuses on the things required to validate the tender and how long will the task take to be fully finished. In the Woodrow bridge project, the leaders of the plan stated the necessary thing in the purchasing department in the company and also showed the time the project will take to be completed.
