This implies that instructors can use the application in tracking the behaviors of students and upload any necessary documents, videos, or photos concerning the students’ classroom performance. In other words, ClassDojo is a behavior management site that can be used to encourage and support positive classroom culture and improve the behaviors of students. Some of the advantages of this site is that supports real-time feedback and it and also be translated into more than 35 languages which means that it supports flexibility. This website is free and what is required is to open an account. Furthermore, the site is easy to sign up and it can be supported by devices such as ipads, computers, and smartphones. After this, users who are the students earn dojo points according to how they behave. This means that a student who has positive classroom behaviors earn more points.

From a personal perspective, ClassDojo is one of the most effective websites that promote a positive culture n the classroom environment. Instructors use this site to inform parents on the progress of students and to update them on the activities have been happening in the classroom environment. The site allows users to create a group with a certain number of students and activity directions can be given to students. Students can add what they have learned on their individual portfolios. This enables them to showcase their learning progress. Parents can also join and view how their students are progressing on matters related to the classroom activities.

 

Teachers can utilize the site to post updates, announcements on classroom activities, and reminders. Teachers can also share documents, photos, or even videos on classroom activities. Teachers can even send private messages to students. As a result, ClassDojo creates a classroom community.
