JOB ROLE: AUTOMATION ENGINEER

SWOT (Strengths, weakness, opportunities, threats)

STRENGTHS

· Detail oriented (I am very detailed in working to give clear test to my co developers)

· Patient (patient enough to discuss with the developer in there unique and logical thinking of the code)

· Technical &Updated (skills java, sql, html and want to be updated in all aspects)

· Communication (good enough to manage and communicate as I work very well with all kinds of people, and understand that everyone has different perspectives about projects and work task)

· Challenging (I really like to be challenged in my job, and I just want to learn as much as I can in my position. At the end of the day I need to be able to look back on my day and feel good about the job that I've done)

· Attitude (A good and positive attitude is expected of every employee)

WEEKNESS:

· Slow (being in detail must be good for me but it makes me slow)

· Time managing

· Stress is my greatest weakness it makes me nervous

· Speech delayed

· Modifications on doing regression testing time

· Choosing easy options to make myself happy not stressful

OPPORTUNITIES:

· Development learning more about java might help me grow in the current position

· I’ll take feedback as an opportunity to prove myself more

· Being certified might bring more opportunities to get a job.

· Advancement as businesses evolve towards automation, we will find that there are newer and better "things" that can be done and going to be done.

· Competition they are many number of testers being the best tester to get job instead having technical skills and you need to be more creative in thinking

· Not able drive became expensive threat hope I get drivers license for next semester.
