Your business case must include the following justifications for your area:
· How a diverse workforce drives economic growth,
· Increased market share,
· A more qualified workforce,
· Reduced employee turnover cost, and
· Why the area is necessary for a competitive economy in a global market place.
In your initial post, send an email presenting your business case to the director of HR. Provide a brief summary of why you feel your selected area is critical to the organization’s success.
