You identify the five major fundraising principles. You attempt to tie each principle to the organization however some of the information is not fully developed and no real specific examples from the nonprofit are provided.

You identify the nonprofit's funding priorities are general operating expenses. Although no exact amount is identified unless expansion is being discussed then using the latest financial information such as the 990 form on the web site would be good to use, which is about 1 million dollars.

You selected to use a SWOT analysis. You identify the components of the tool and provide a brief reason for selecting the tool.

You attempt to apply the tool to the fundraising activities of the nonprofit. It is good that you identify three main fundraising activities however analyzing each separately would have been beneficial as each four components is not comprehensively analyzed for each fundraising activity. The organization was not to be analyzed which seems to be a main part of the last section. You very briefly address the last criterion in the end of this section.

You provide a brief case statement. However, it would be good to include it as an appendix.
