Developing Persuasive Business Messages

FROM: Queenneidra Quarles DATE: 1/8/18 SUBJECT: Developing Persuasive Business Messages Part II

It is important to note that the modern business world is a competitive one for every company. Every day in the business world poses different challenges. However, most of these companies make it through tough times and rise above the existing competition to become the best in their respective industries. Their success is affected by many factors which include technology, major decisions, and policies adopted by the respective companies. Without technology, many companies would not have seen the light of day and go on to become some of the most profitable companies in the world (Ha & Ahn 2014). Technological environment is a business world which seems crucial in the today business world. The kind of profitability levels is sufficiently affected by many aspects of technology.

Most companies adopt different types of technology for production or management. However, this paper will focus on emerging technology that caters to the management aspects only. This alludes to the fact that the technology happens to focus on the operations of the business in a managerial perspective.

The specific technology that is focused upon in this paper is an emerging ERP system that has been developed from the existing system. It is, therefore, an upgrade or hybrid of existing systems.

Emerging technology provides very important aspects into how life can be made easier for the average person. To achieve the perfect conditions of this imperfect world, new products need to be dreamt off and implemented through production to give customers the chance to be satisfied by producers in different ways. As such, this new product is set to change the pace of the existing products by providing customers with functionalities that go beyond their wildest expectations and rise above the time limits of advancing technology.

The need to have faster and more capable systems is detrimental to the performance in the modern business world (Ha & Ahn 2014). These systems are supposed to provide seamless functionality that cuts across the existing operating speeds definitively. The main idea behind the operation of the new business ERP system is fundamentally influenced by the performance speeds and functionalities of the existing systems. The new system surpasses the existing speed standards by far and goes on to add more functionality to the existing systems. As such, it would be true to define the system as a hybrid of the existing ones. It is important that the basic functionalities of the system that are not imitated by other systems become the point of differentiation from the new Fire ERP system and the existing generic and customized ERP systems in the market.

The most important features of the new system include added security which ensures the system is as secure as other systems and provides security features such as biometric identity management to protect the user’s data from unauthorized access. It is adamant that the new system is categorized to provide security features above the standard ones as the developers put much effort to ensure additional layers of security throughout the application program. IT is undeniable that it would be almost impossible to break into the system and access data without sufficient privileges or credentials to provide authorized access to the important organizational data (Chofreh, Goni & Klemeš 2017).

The new fire systems are supposed to rise above the normal performance of the existing ERP systems. Ideally, the new performance standards are set on access to real-time data (Chofreh, Goni & Klemeš 2017). This means that the application provides information regarding the operations of the organization in real time. Furthermore, the system response time to user action is faster than the average response rate. The fast response system coupled with aesthetic features of the system make it one of the most successful ERP systems in the world. The nature of success is based on the ability of developers to provide a piece of technology that is way beyond our time in terms of the understanding of the advancement of different components of technology. This innovation is bound to change the way people perform their functions in the working environment. Ideally, the success of the system, not yet measured through the metrics of its performance in terms of sales and adoptions by organizations, companies, small firms, and enterprises (Tarhini, Ammar & Tarhini 2015). This part of the product’s success is dependent on the ability of the market to perceive the product with positivity without having any definitive second thoughts that may trump on the efforts of ensuring this product becomes a successful one in the perspective of the modern business market. It is therefore important to substantiate the claims of the product’s performance, enhanced security features and added functionalities way before the launch or first offering of the system to the market.

The new product will not only benefit companies that are already using existing ERP systems but will also prove important to new companies and organizations. The basic or rather the fundamental significance of the product lies both in its ability to surpass its user’s needs and go a step beyond existing functionalities and additional feature important to the operation (Ram & Corkindale 2014). On the other hand, the use of the system by companies is set to set the pace for the design and implementation of new systems which provide better functionality shortly. New companies and organizations will get the opportunity to successfully idealize their business operations in a larger technological scope of business operation. It is paramount to consider the effectiveness of the system in changing the way business is done in the 21st century.

In view of the above point, the implementation of the product in companies willing to try out the new technology stands to benefit the user from all angles of operation. The salient features of the product are important in ensuring the proper application of the system in a business context. This context includes many things such as finances, HRM, CRM among other important aspects of conducting business in the 21st century. Fire ERP is bound to revolutionize businesses in many ways. The different problems faced by the use of IT in aiding business are sufficiently taken care of by the new system. These challenges are removed through the fierce development of the system throughout its development lifecycle (Yeoh & Popovič 2016). As a customer, in this case, a business organization or company is operating, one ought to consider the positive aspect of the system this system is bound to effectively enhance the business organization. This system culminates different functionalities in one software making all business operations function under one umbrella system. The fire ERP system is contingent to the success of organizations in the modern business environment. This is envisioned through the specific features of the system that has not been duplicated or imitated by other systems. The system will ensure businesses or organizations are bound to get the best from the employees. It also ensures the companies will do well in the markets world fetching more companies. Most importantly the company will ensure these organizations fetch maximum profits by increasing productivity immensely.

Essentially, the adoption of the Fire ERP system is categorical depending on its ability to overcome existing challenges affecting the successful implementation of e-business in companies operating in the modern business environment. It is therefore important to perceive the product as sufficient enough to be worthy of the opportunity to be installed in an organizational setting. Security, additional functionalities and increased speeds of performance should be reason enough to entice the customers to adopt the system for use in their respective organizations. Speeds of performance ensure that the customer does not get disappointed with the response of the system. The fact that Fire ERP will solve some issues or challenges that the previous system could not solve makes it the ideal opportunity.

Indeed, the modern world of business is significantly affected by the integration of technology with the operation of the business on a daily basis. The success of the company using the technology contingent on the success of the adaptation of the system by other companies all over the world (Ram, Wu & Tagg 2014). The success of the software product is therefore significantly influenced by how well it will influence the success of the company that has implemented it as its main ERP system. Given this, it would be prudent to conclude that both companies are significantly involved in the success of the product in different perspectives.
