The paraphrase is to be written in the literary present; those verbs are in your files under the name Present tense verbs; not past tense verbs and no quotes from the poem; the paraphrase is to be written in prose using your own wording and understanding of the poem. Give the author's name and the title of the poem in the first line of the writing. Each line in the poem is to be citing using the following (Lines 1-7) and all subsequent line citings are to be citing as a continuum and in proper sequence (8-15).
