Paragraph Assignment 

For this assignment write a paragraph describing your hometown.   Provide three reasons why it is the best or worst and give plenty of detail to develop each of your three reasons.  

· Create a clearly stated topic sentence

· Give three reasons to support the point

· Introduce each reason with signal words or  transitions (such as  first of all,  second, and  finally) 

· Provide details that develop each of the three reasons 

· End with a conclusion

Type your paragraph in a word processing program such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs, then submit your work using the Assignment in this module.  Be sure to double-space your work, and use 12-point Times New Roman font.  Save your work as a .doc or .docx file, then use the Submit button in the Assignment to upload your file.
