Write a reflection paper addressing the following:

When we think of leadership in Diversity and Inclusion, what characteristics do you think are the most important for someone leading such initiatives. Why do you believe these traits to be the most critical?

The paper should be broken into 3 sections and indicated below and address each part;

PART 1) Personally, why do you think this question (or topic) is important to HR professionals? This is the rationale component.

PART 2) How is this question relevant to your past, present, and future career as well as your industry and/or organization? This is the reflection component.

PART 3) Link parts (a) and (b) to one empirical research study examining this issue (excluding the ones posted on blackboard). This is the research component.

Your paper should be roughly 5 pages (excluding title page and references), double spaced, times new roman font (size 12), with regular margins, and APA formatting.
