This final INDIVIDUAL reflection write up for this course by you is expected to be in free-form. In other words, no more case questions, case prompts for your write up… :)

Share your key personal insights, observations, tips you found useful, takeaways and reflections from the Startup Simulation and overall ENT445 course including your ENT445 Class Project. Also reflect and weave-in any thoughts on the key concepts that underlie the Startup Simulation as discussed subsequently during the post-game debrief in the conference room with the ASU guests and in classroom.

VERY IMPORTANT:

You had submitted the Simulation Pre- Work Write up assignment by your due date into BB.

You will need to ' copy and paste' your Pre-Work write up from what you had submitted…As-Is (no changes allowed from your prior submission) into this Post-Game reflection paper.

By doing so, it allows you to refer your pre-game prep and work…and hopefully helps you better reflect your strategies with your post-game outcomes, observations, and debrief…all in one place.

Write your Post-game reflections. Save your final document and submit via the Post-Game Write Up (including Pre-Work write up) Link in the “Assignments” sections of BB.

Your combined Simulation Pre-Work and the Post-Game write ups will be graded as ONE document. (I will not grade your Pre-Work write up Assignment that you had submitted earlier separately)

Format:  No more than 1 page (8.5" x 11"), single spacing, 1” margins, 12 pt font, Times Roman.
