Critique

Diversity has risen, but the hypothesis doesn't account for it.

Studies aren't encouraged, and instead the focus is on gaining knowledge by hands-on experience.

However, it isn't suitable for all kinds of business difficulties.

As a result, training is a vital strategy to addressing a wide range of organizational issues. Employee training is tailored to the specific situation at hand. I'm training for a business that is becoming diverse, which has a huge impact on the methods they utilize to accommodate all of their workers. Diversity is not considered in this philosophy of training.
