Collaboration

Notably, there are many factors which influence what is taking place within the classroom. Timing or working within the stipulated time usually helps and dictates on how the days, weeks, days are organized. Most importantly, working within the time frame, especially within most of the contemporary schools helps to determine class schedules, structure the curriculum, impact the mode of teaching and shapes the interaction. Comment by Kimball, Reginald S (School of Education): APA requires the use of double spacing between all LINES in your document including the lines in your cover sheet as well as the Reference section of your document (and all sections in between too)! To that end, you can set up your MS WORD document to detect spacing issues. Please check your 'tools' option to set this up. Consult your MS WORD 'HELP' area to learn how to do this. Please carefully proofread your paper to be sure all instances of this issue are corrected moving forward. To get an 'instructor view' of what we can see on your papers, please save your document first, then go to MS WORD'S FILE, PRINT, PRINT PREVIEW function. This will show you exactly what I see when grading your paper. Please make all necessary changes prior to submission. TO FIX THIS ISSUE: In MS Word, go to FORMAT, PARAGRAPHS, in the box that pops up, be sure there is a CHECK MARK for 'Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style'. Follow APA section 8.03, p. 229 for double line spacing. Turn off your MS Word defaults for extra line spacing between paragraphs. Follow APA section 8.03, p. 229 for page margins and for double line spacing. Turn off your MS Word defaults for extra line spacing between paragraphs and the Widow/Orphan Control that conflicts with the bottom page margin.

According to the National center for education statistics, indicates that the majority of the schools, which tends to obey the order of the curriculum usually have six organized specified lessons within the day. Additionally, in maintaining discipline, formulating classroom schedules, as well as for recordkeeping also waste a lot of time. Comment by Kimball, Reginald S (School of Education): Be sure that every paragraph in your document has a source to demonstrate the support for your writing. If no source, it sounds like you are just saying it as your opinion and/or experience. As scholarly writers, we want to be sure we support what we are writing with current empirical research.

However, to observe time management, various stakeholders have put a lot of effort to restructure time table so that it can minimize the time wastage. In the attempts to formulate the best o structure of the class schedules, the district is experimenting with a different configuration that, "recover" lost time and organized the day to maximize the moment. The essay will focus on some of the fundamental questions based on the structuring the time schedules of the different classroom. It will further examine the possible solution to the problem of the time.

Make a convincing argument that sufficient collaboration time can be consistently available to teachers without impinging on their classroom time or other responsibilities. Comment by Kimball, Reginald S (School of Education): 3.03 Levels of Heading “…APA consists of five possible formatting arrangements, according to the number of levels of subordination” (p. 62). L1: Centered, Boldfaced, Uppercase and Lowercase Heading. L2: Flush left, Boldface, Uppercase and Lowercase Heading. L3: Indented, boldface, lowercase paragraph heading ending with a period. L4: Indented, boldface, italicized, lowercase paragraph heading ending with a period L5: Indented, italicized, lowercase paragraph heading ending with a period. *Do not bold first heading, per APA

Importantly, sufficient collaboration time can be consistently available to teachers without impinging on their classroom time or other responsibilities. The truth to this information is based on the research done about the collaboration of the teachers. Nevertheless, collaboration within most of the contemporary institution tends to be Holy Grail. This means that the majority of the teachers needs it and are in good spirit to follow it at all means.

Newly admitted teacher’s gains a lot of experiences of the collaboration. It is familiar for experienced teachers to leave the trainee as soon as possible so that they can be established on their own. Importantly, the cooperation of the teachers has a different benefit than a disadvantage. Some of the benefits of the collaboration of the teachers include personal and professional gains. Precisely, based on the phrase of the McLaughlin (1993.p.68), indicates that professional communities are based on cohesive. He also states that the collaboration enhances the high level of the commitment to teaching and the excellent buildup of the rapport to their respective children who they teach. Comment by Kimball, Reginald S (School of Education): 6.11 Citation “The author-date method of citation requires that the surname of the author (do not include suffixes such as Jr.) and the year of publication is inserted in the text at the appropriate point:” (p. 174). Place citations 'inside' of the punctuation, not outside. Kessler (2003) found that among the epidemiological samples. Early onset results in a more persistent and severe course (Kessler, 2003).

Therefore, being part and parcel of the supportive network, teachers can be involved in the decisive and healthy talks between themselves, which aims at improving the learning condition of the learners. Collaboration all means about the dialogue which majority of the teacher usually has like discussing the progress they need to amend within the schools so that learners can have better performance. Comment by Kimball, Reginald S (School of Education): All of this is written with no sources to support your writing. Also, your writing is hard to follow, and I believe you should reach out to the writing center for assistance. You have many formatting and grammatical issues.

Moreover, collaboration is a coherent instrumental guide within the institution. Working together not only save time, but it also acts as pedagogical strategies as well as analysis of the relationship between the teachers within the staff. moreover, I that art of the instrument, it also helps teachers especially to jointly work together without showing any sense of disagreements within the team and teaching thus it aims to help the student to cover the most of the syllabus.

Importantly, working together enhances the professional capacity of the teachers. The collaboration of the teachers usually helps teachers to work together as a team. The aim of working together as a team ensures that there is no time wastage since every teacher tends to acts together when it comes in the disciplining of the learners thus saves time.

Furthermore, working together enhances the strong relationship between the teachers and the parents, which lessen the teacher’s time to acts in some capacity. The strong correlation of the parents and the teachers ensure that learners are on the toes hence reduces the time of the teachers to makes unnecessary movement in reminding the learners to follow simples rules within the institution.

Finally, collaboration within the institution makes the teacher mores responsible for all cost. Working in a friendly institution aims at helping different teachers to have tendencies of assisting each other, especially if they are committed in the various department. Therefore the act of sharing responsibility within schools enhances the overall performances of the learners. It also ensures teachers on duties does not fail to attend their respective classes.

Discuss the budget constraints placed on collaborative decision-making.

Importantly, constraints are restriction which is rendered in the decision making. Some of these factors hinder the achievement of smooth decision making at a certain point of the discussion. Some of the factors influence the impact of decision making at some point.

Many aspects can realize the limitation of the collaboration within the institution. Therefore, having some of the argument within the staff can sometimes result in the poor performances of the students or failure administer fully within the respective classes.

Most of the times, the majority of the teachers may decline to accept the extra work which is rendered to them if they are not willing at all cost. Dropping of the duties can results in the poor performances by the students it the studies due to the laxity of the teachers to reinforce or instill discipline aspect to them.

Moreover, various factors hinder the effective collaboration of the teachers to participate in their duties. Factors such as dissatisfaction by the staff members, resentment, poor moral and stagnation of the performances of the students in the respective classes, none involved in the participation in the disciplinary action by the section of the teachers affect teachers. Therefore, as explained above, the consequent of the behaviors toward the learners usually result in the poor performances and worst practices within the institution.

Consequently, acts like transferring the student into and out of the classes without informing the respective teacher's concern a time creates animosity within the staff, thus resulting in the noncollaboration between the teachers. This kind of behaviors indicates a lack of respect and creates a lot of the mistrust between the teachers.

Finally, the frequent holding of the meeting with teachers during their preparation time for the class shows a lack of concern to the leaners. This limit the chances of the teachers to adequately minister to the students because they lack enough time to prepare for the class in advance. Such act or the bad behaviors not only demoralized majority of the teachers but they also negatively hinder the performances of the learners.

Last but not least, immoral behaviors towards teachers like commanding them to perform particular duty with or without their consent is one of the factors, which also limit collaboration between teachers. The act of the command may involve calling teachers into the office to shows absences from missing some of the events even if they have the class. However, other unnecessary arguments where the principal trying to force or use some mechanism to how his colleagues talk about them or have a discussion about them also creates vices and mistrust within the office.

The side effect of such stated above concepts results negatively to the staff members such that they will silence from the staff meeting. Members of the staff will create tantrum of coming to school such that the majority will not be interested in coming to school. On the other hand, lack of the conversation, staff members doing their things, staff members appearing tired are some of the related symptoms teachers likely to have due to mistreatment from the principles.

Use the information from your readings, your personal experience, and personal observations as evidence to support your argument.

The truth is involving members of the staff in the school-based decision-making process helps teachers to have trust in what they are intended to do.me of the policies within the schools enhances the collaboration and effective implementation of the rule within the institution.

Importantly, the tendency of giving member option and chances to share their skills within the institution enhances their worthiness to perform at all cost. Based on the research and related journal which I have read about the management, it is clear to me that creating a friendly environment for teachers as well as leaners. The validity of the above argument is real based on the fact that majority of the learners usually likes to take sides, especially if there is a rift between teachers. Therefore, in every institution, the manner in which administrator or principals handles or deals with the situation is vital concern to all. However, the interrelation between the teachers is a critical aspect since it entails respect and creates a friendly environment.

Relevant document in support of the research articles

There are many research articles which support aspect of the collaboration within the institution. One of the articles is the "The School Act for the Province of Alberta.” Article written by Alberta illustrates the decisive involvement of different stakeholders within the institution to effectively co-operate to achieve desirable results within the institution (Van et al., 2016).

Part two

Literature Abstract literature

One scholarly research source used to write is Ronfeldt et al. (2015), on teacher collaboration in instructional teams and student achievement.

Introduction

The primary purpose of the paper will was to illustrate the impacts of the collaboration within the institution. Therefore, the intent of the article deploys different relevant articles to support the research statement of the paper. The study will centrally focus on contemporary schools as one of the identified examples and effect of the collaboration of the teachers to learners.

Keywords: Professional development, professional learning communities, student achievement, teacher collaboration, teacher and school quality.

Methodology

The qualitative and quantitative research design was used to collect the data. The data was collected among twelves people regardless of gender or age. The information was conducted in the form of the questionnaire as well as oral communication. The data which was obtained clearly indicates the number of people who have the opinion about the impacts of working together by teachers within the institution. The result of the data was tabulated in the tables and recorded with simples recording devices such as audio tapes and other relevant devices.

Data collected

Based on the analysis of the data collected indicates that the majority of the participant have the same idea that collaboration of the teachers within the institution has a more significant impact on the learners. Majority of the individual interviewed included the members of the staff, stakeholder, and the leaners about the involvement of the teachers in decision making. Importantly data collected was linked with the survey data obtained from school about the teacher's perception about the inclusion in the decision making over the management of the school. Comment by Kimball, Reginald S (School of Education): Your writing is very hard to follow, — grammar, formatting, etc., is not on a scholarly level; however, fortunately we have the writing center that can assist you. Conclusion

School is like society in all the aspects. Management and taking of the responsibility should be imperatively involved all individual, including the learners. Therefore, a collaboration of the teachers, staff, and guardian have a definite motive in the performance of the learners. As it is explained above, the principal has the mandate to create a conducive environment to teachers as well as the learners.
