Continuing with the issue and nation identified in Module 1, describe ongoing surveillance, research, and reporting efforts you plan to use to address this matter.  Identify participating organizations, collaborations, and technologies employed. Offer recommendations on realistic surveillance enhancements or, in the case of limited or no surveillance efforts, establishment of such efforts.

Your paper should be 3-7 pages in length and APA format.  The focus is not the size of the document, but rather the comprehensiveness and validity of the analysis.  Your work should be supported by appropriate in-text citations and references.
