The company has many competitors which are raging from Raytheon, , Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, Space, BAE Systems, Airbus, Bombardier, Embraer, Loral Space & Communications. Negative plans for the future:

Boeing Company has got a lot of goals which it wants to achieve in future. For example the company is working with a mind of reducing its task force as this will meet the decreasing demand especially those that are working in the aviation sector as it is the most hit and therefore its means that some of its workers will be unemployed. This is a very negative impact to the people who are working in the company as their income will be lost and this would mean decreased income to meet their basic needs. Calhoun said that this would happen because of combination of attrition, voluntary layoffs amongst other strategies. However concerning the involuntary layoffs there are very few measures that can make this happen.

The company however is prepared for this and it has plans on how it is going to meet the shifting of the market this is after travelling does not go back to normal evenly.
