Philosophy II Answer the question: What is the relationship between enlightenment, reason, and progress in Kant's What is Enlightenment? (1784)? Outline Horkheimer and Adorno's critique of enlightenment and reason, and/or Walter Benjamin's critique of progress. The final paper asks you to demonstrate your ability to make a strong thesis and a coherent argument for an interpretive or critical position on a question, reading, theme, argument, and/or concept.
