Field Experience Reflection paper (Early Childhood Classroom observation)

Written components of the reflection must follow these formatting guidelines: double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and proper citations. The body of your paper must be 2-3 pages, with a separate title page and separate References page for a total of 5 pages. Paper should summarize the experience or observation, reflect on the strengths and weaknesses experienced or observed, and make recommendations and closing thoughts with opinions or conclusions for classroom instruction in the future based on the experience or observation. Connections must be made to coursework and theory with citations and references for full credit. Proper APA headings must be included as noted in the syllabus. More details are listed below:

A 2-3 page APA formatted Observation Reflection with 1-3 references connecting course content to observations will be submitted into the course drop box upon completion of the 15 hours in a report format by the end of the course in Week 8.

Use your personal notes from your Classroom Observations and reflect and summarize what you noticed and what strengths and weaker areas you observed throughout. Provide examples of two to three situations you witnessed and connect them to the coursework. Also include your recommendations regarding what could have been improved and explain what positive observations you witnessed and why they were effective.
