HM.com is an online shopping website that sells fashion and clothing. Customers visit the

website, make orders, and make payments and then the business owners make a delivery. The

website has three categories including Men, Women, and Kids. This business model has been in

existence for a while now and there is really nothing new. The only way for differentiation in this

kind of business is through the products that one offers and the customer service quality that they

give. Customer service varies from how one deals with customer inquiries, the speed of reply,

and the number of days it takes to deliver orders and ensuring that the orders delivered are same

to those that the client ordered.

The target audience for this website is the middle class working women and a few clicks of men.

Though mostly it's the women who will shop online. At times they also shop for their husbands

and boyfriends together with children. This makes this website to target more women than men.

The target clients do not have time to go into a physical shop and buy clothing. They have busy

schedules due to their careers and therefore this website gives them convenience. These women

and men also have exposable income for them to afford this fashionable clothing as they have

made progress in their careers. This makes it easy for this website to make sales as it targets

people with the need and the means.
