Self Analysis Instructions

  Guide – Self-Analysis Report

 

Skill Assessments should be taken at the end of each chapter. These skill assessments should be taken and saved for discussion in your final report.

 

Suggested Outline for this report:

 

I.  Introduction(autobiography and purpose of paper)

 The PAMS results will also be in this section

 

II.  Body of report: Each section will include:

A.  Objective test results (score tables, meaning of scores) for each skill category. (about one page per test)

 

B. Narrative Discussion of “what this test means to me” based on my career goals and objectives, and if relevant my other personal relationships (home, school, etc.)

 

C. The body of the report should be arranged according to the text layout…and your Check-sheet for Self-Analysis handout

1. Personal Skills Tests (Introd, Ch. 1, 2, and 3)

2. Interpersonal Skills (Ch. 4, 5, 6, 7,)

3. Group Skills Tests (Ch. 8, 9, 19)

4. Other Tests: Kiersey, Role Relationship Exercise

(include tables of scores + discussion here too)

 

III.  Conclusions/Plan of Action  

A.  Summary table of Strengths and weaknesses identified from test results.

B. Plan of Action with time line for future career and personal growth and development.

 

IV. Appendix…test results and any other pertinent information you want to include
